Matador New Zealand provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Product Details, Prices & Delivery

We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in the product descriptions and prices. However, some product details may change due to circumstances beyond our control. The prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

The price of any product will be as quoted on our website (except in cases of obvious error) and is including 15% GST, but exclude delivery costs. These will be added to the total amount due as listed with the pricing.

We currently deliver goods to Australia excluding GST. The prices are based on New Zealand Dollars. The exchange rate is calculated on a daily basis.

Your payment is processed through PayPal, which is the most secure way of internet money transactions. You can use your PayPal account or any of the major credit cards.

 

Our Refund Policy

Whilst we hope that you will be delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not completly satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement of products returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that the returned products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit, then please notify us immediately at orders@matador.net.nz.
You need to return the goods in their original packaging with your receipt. Upon receipt we will replace or fix your goods for free for any faulty goods supplied. Failing the above, we will provide a full refund with return of the faulty goods and your receipt. In that case we will credit your credit card account with the cost of the product and the freight outwards (i.e. the original purchase price).

We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee when you do business with us.

If you simply change your mind about a product you have bought from us, we will refund your money (minus any shipping costs) upon receipt of the product back (at your expense) in its full original packaging. The products must be in pristine condition.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours. In some cases, however, items may be out of stock and orders will be filled as soon as possible. If this takes more than a week we will contact you and will offer the option of a refund. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
